How many hours do I need?

We suggest you choose one of the following plans:   Essential: 5 hours per month - perfect for freelancers who need a little support to keep afloat  Enhanced: 15 hours per month - great for tradespeople and solo business owners to stay on top of their admin.   Excellence: 30 hours per month - ideal for business that are scaling up.   Exceptional: Over 40 hours per month - perfect for small teams who need daily support.   However, we will work with you to create a package tailored to your specific needs.

Question 2

I only need a few hours assistance here and there, can you do that?

Yes, we tailor our services to your needs.  It's up to you if you use our services for a set number of hours every day, week, month, or simply on an ad hoc basis when things are busy.

Why choose a Retainer Package?

What happens if I don't use all the hours in my plan?

Accepted Answer

You can roll over 10% of your monthly hours into the following month if you haven't used them.   If this turns into a regular occurence we'll contact you to revew your plan.

Question 5

Is there a minimum number of hours I have to book?

Accepted Answer

If you want to guarantee a regular number of hours per month you need to choose one our our monthly plans.  The smallest plan (Essential) we have available is for 5 hours per month.   If you have a one off project, want to give having a VA a "test run" you can opt for a Power Hour where you can book one hour at a time.

Question 6

Can I just have Ad Hoc support?

We don't generally recommend Ad Hoc support as we don't get to build the kind of relationship with you that we'd like.  That said, we're here to help you so Ad Hoc support can be agreed on a discretionary basis.  The price for Ad Hoc support is £39 per hour.

Question 7

What if I go over my agreed hours?

Accepted Answer

Your VA will keep you updated weekly of how many hours have been used.  Any addtional hours you may need in a month will need to be agreed directly between you and your VA.  We cannot guarantee you'll be able to have additional hours.

What's the HR Managed Service (HRMS)?

We recommend you opt into the HRMS when you have 5-6 employees.
